We scan colour plans, drawings, designs and images here in Munich in true colour or greyscale. Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment, we can achieve optimal scan results for you even from dark transparencies or yellowed and soiled plans. Our scanning service team has no difficulty handling large quantities of plans or large formats.

Scanning of large formats up to 140 cm
We scan documents up to a maximum width of 140 cm and a thickness of 30 mm. In addition to scanning, our scanning service offers the following options:

- trim (e.g. to the edge of the page)
Digital archive – scanning all types of documents
However, our scanning service in Munich does not specialise solely in scanning plans or other large-format documents, etc. We would be happy to set up a digital archive for you, which you can access online and thus from anywhere in the world, if you wish. To do this, our scanning service converts your data into TIFF, JPEG or PDF formats with a resolution of 200–400 dpi and higher. If required, we can of course also offer other resolutions and file formats. There are no limits to what we can scan: from correspondence to oversized plans, our scanning service in Munich handles everything.
Would you like to further edit your scan data or drawings in your CAD programme? No problem: our scanning service will be happy to assist you and convert your drawings or raster data into the required DXF format. You can choose from various service levels, each of which produces a different number of layers – naturally following a technical review by an external partner. Simply send us your sample or pop into one of our Munich branches in person – we’ll be happy to advise you.
Scanning in Munich: In-house courier service
Our scanning service is a comprehensive, end-to-end service: you don’t need to bring your documents to us to have them scanned – our in-house courier service within Munich will come to you and collect your documents. We then scan them at our Munich headquarters, send you the files and return the originals to you. Scanning in Munich has never been so easy. Simply get in touch with our scanning service team.
Oversized formats up to 2x DIN A0 and larger
With our „Hornet“ scanner, we are still able to digitise very large documents. In a single pass, we can scan 2x DIN A0; if the format is larger, we scan in several passes and stitch the individual images together.
