Save yourself the expense of costly handmade facsimiles – this is quicker, just as beautiful and, above all, more affordable. We also solve other „difficulties“ with ease.
Scanning framed artworks behind glass
This is art reproduction in the 21st century: we enable you to digitise your artworks and print them on Printing on fine art print materials. Whether oil paintings, watercolours, drawings or other works of art, framed or unframed. With our XXXL „Hornet“ scanner, we offer top-quality digitisation for formats up to 168 x 119 cm. The height of the original may be up to 20 cm, and we can achieve a depth of field of up to 16 cm. A particular highlight is the excellent lighting and gentle LED technology. Thanks to the sophisticated lighting, we can also scan artworks behind glass without any reflections.

Printing of digitised artworks on high-quality materials
Once the digitisation process is complete, we will print your artwork on the material of your choice, as we scan at print quality – that is, at a resolution of 300 dpi. You can choose from a range of Hahnemühle papers (William Turner, Torchon). But that’s not all: art reproductions can also be produced on high-quality sheet materials, such as. Acrylic glass, Aluminium Dibond, GalleryPrint and many more besides. The printing, too on canvas always produces outstanding results (see the photo above as you scroll: a comparison of the original, canvas and Alu Dibond). This allows you to preserve your artworks and protect them from deterioration caused by light, exhibition conditions, storage and other factors.
Have books and sealed folders/documents digitised
However, art reproduction is not our only area of specialisation. We are also able to digitise documents that are difficult to access. We are talking, for example, about old books. In such cases, we can take a particularly gentle approach. The open book lies flat and „completely naturally“ on the scanner. There is no need to turn the pages; they can be turned carefully. The results are outstanding (see photos), whether they are images, text or drawings. The same applies to documents, certificates, etc. in sealed folders. Using a lowerable section of the scanning table, it is possible to scan firmly secured items, such as a building plan (see photo). In this way, we guarantee both an excellent scan and the preservation of the seal. This service makes it easier for notaries, for example, to pass on or archive a document.
Contactless direct digitisation of delicate documents, e.g. old maps
Another advantage of our „Hornet“ scanner is that we can scan documents that are no longer suitable for a flatbed scanner. Specifically, this includes items such as old maps and historical posters, etc., which have tears that would only become worse if scanned using conventional methods. The same applies here: it couldn’t be any gentler. We place the documents carefully on the scanning table – this is even possible with a transparent protective sleeve – and that’s it. No folding, no feeding through, nothing. The scan is contactless and done in one go. What’s more, the process takes just a few seconds, so the document is only exposed to the scanning process for a brief moment. We also digitise other historical documents, certificates, decorative items, carpets, figurines, textured materials and much more for you in outstanding quality.
